Banking company. Operations consist solely
of merchant and investment banking, corporate
finance, and related consulting.
Crossfield identifies strong candidates for investment. Crossfield identifies middle market companies with the following criteria: primary sector companies, strong management, companies not younger than 5 years old, strong earnings history, consistent growth over the past five years, and companies in growing markets. Crossfield's investment valuations are based on the criteria mentioned above as well as asset base, net worth, historical cash flow analysis, earnings analysis, and management.

Equity Investment: Crossfield acquires for its own fund strong
middle market companies. We structure the
transactions based on the strength of the

Jens S. Olsen, (Managing Director)
Mr. Olsen has been with the company since 1993. As a leading European corporate and tax attorney, Mr. Olsen has transitioned the company to a strong middle market equity group in western Europe. In addition to being an attorney Mr. Olsen holds a PhD in information engineering.
Robert E. Wolfe, (President & CEO)
Mr. Wolfe has been with the company since
its inception in 1984. He has been President
and CEO of Crossfield, Inc, since 1986. Mr.
Wolfe has specialized in investment banking
and corporate finance for the last 10 years.
He graduated from Cook College Rutgers, University
with a BA in Biochemistry.
Anthony Howarth, (Director)
Mr. Howarth has been a director of Crossfield,
Inc. since 1994. As an accountant, Mr. Howarth
has specialized in corporate and investment
finance in Europe since 1977. Prior to that
Mr. Howarth was a partner in an accounting
firm in London. Mr. Howarth graduated from
Cambridge University with a bachelors degree
in accounting.
Tim Rafalovich, Executive Vice President
Mr Rafalovich has been with the company since 1995. Prior to that he owned and operated several medium sized US Corporations (sales less than 50 Million USD). Mr. Rafalovich specializes in Mergers and Acquisitions in the USA. and has a BA in Finance form the University of Southern California and is currently finishing his Ph.D. in Business Administration.
Franni Norman, (Public Relations Director)
Ms. Norman has been with Crossfield, Inc.
since 1994. Born in Philadelphia and attending
Miramar School for Girls in Rhode Island,
Ms. Norman then attended the Barnard College
for women in NYC. She then lived 10 years
in London working where she wrote, produced
and appeared in over 150 commercials. Ms.
Norman was a founder of the Second City Improvisational
theater and was an originator of Larchwood
Productions, a company that produce inexpensive
infomercial for the National Association
of Chiropractors. For the next 20 years,
Franni has concentrated on investment banking
with large successes of her own, such as
Limoscene, Inc of Beverly Hills and great
victories for public companies such as Southwest
Air.
